Obedience and Relaxation Added

Minor update adds two meters to the game: Relaxation and Obedience.

Being gagged increases obedience by 1 per second and decreases relaxation by 0.5 per second. Being massaged increases relaxation by 1 per second. Neither value can go below 0 or higher than 100.

Meters currently do nothing. Considering breaking gameplay into "sessions" that improve Shibi's stats based on meter value at end of session.
